THE BLEND FOR HONEY MUSTARD LOVERS: This blend uses 3 different forms of mustard (brown mustard seeds, yellow mustard seeds, and ground mustard) to balance the sweetness of the honey and demerara sugar and the result is a sweet and punchy seasoning blend that works great with pork and chicken.

FLAVOR AND USE: Try stirring some into mayonnaise and slathering it on a chicken, turkey, or ham sandwich. Sprinkle some on bacon slices before cooking to make honey-mustard glazed bacon. Combine with sour cream to make a dip for spicy chicken wings.
